The coastal road leading east from Sunny Beach and passes through Sveti Vlas, is only 700 m away from the plot. The town of  Nessebar is 10 km away. It is a town of world historic significance. The resort Elenite - 5 km away. The resort  Sunny Beach is 2.5 km away. It is in a matter of minutes to reach their night bars, disco clubs, restaurants and plenty of other entertainment facilities. The land is 35 km from the town Bourgas and 32 km from International Airport of Bourgas.

The climate conditions in Sveti Vlas are really suitable for summer recreation. It is one of the few sea resorts to face south enjoying more sunshine than any other place. Many new y hotels were developed. A lot of new guest houses and accommodation rooms have been built too. It also hosts the only marina in the area. This and the new high class buildings attract many of  the richest tourists.
